4. (Repealed).

4. The Minister may designate public servants to assist the Minister in exercising the powers and functions conferred on the Minister by this Act ; they shall be appointed in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F‐3.1.1).
The Minister may also, for the same purpose, assign a mandate to the Société or to any other person or partnership.
