36. The Government shall designate the minister entrusted with the application of this Act.
The Minister for Aboriginal Affairs is entrusted, under the supervision of the Premier, with the application of this Act. Order in Council 873-2012 dated 20 September 2012, (2012) 144 G.O. 2 (French), 4868.
