31. Every order of the Regional Council or Municipalité de Baie-James shall be registered by the secretary of the Regional Council in a special book entitled “Book of the orders of the James Bay Regional Zone Council”. The secretary must also enter in this book, after each order, a copy of that order as published in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
