121. In the case of the winding-up or dissolution of an unaffiliated union, the balance derived from the winding-up or dissolution, including the balance of the general reserve, devolves to an institution designated by the Government, which also determines to whom are to be delivered the documents of which the liquidator or the public curator took possession.

121. In the case of the winding-up or dissolution of an unaffiliated union, the balance derived from the winding-up or dissolution, including the balance of the reserves contemplated in sections 87 and 88, shall devolve to an institution designated by the Gouvernement, who shall also determine to whom are to be delivered the documents of which the liquidator or the public curator took possession.
