37. The Inspector General of Financial Institutions is responsible for carrying out the administration of this Act.

37. In order to ensure the proper carrying out of this act, the Government may appoint an officer called “Inspector of Trust Companies” and all other officers or employees for the carrying out of this act.
The inspector and the other officers or employees so appointed shall be under the control of the Minister of Financial Institutions and Cooperatives, and the Government may define their functions and duties.
