29. A credit union may change the location of its head office within the boundaries of the judicial district specified in its articles by resolution of its board of directors.
The credit union must give notice, within 10 days of the adoption of the resolution, of the change by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1).

29. A credit union may change the location of its head office within the boundaries of the judicial district specified in its articles by resolution of its board of directors.
The credit union must give notice, within 10 days of the adoption of the resolution, of the change by filing a declaration to that effect in accordance with the Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons (chapter P-45).

29. A credit union may change the location of its head office within the boundaries of the judicial district specified in its articles by resolution of its board of directors.
The credit union must, within 10 days of the adoption of the resolution, give notice of the change to the Inspector General who shall cause a copy of the notice to be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec at the expense of the credit union.
