225. The Community shall, before 1 June of each year, send to the Minister and to each municipality mentioned in Schedule A a summary report of its activities during the preceding fiscal year.

225. Before 1 May, the Community and the Transit Commission shall send a summary report of their activities during the preceding fiscal year to the Minister and to each municipality. They shall also transmit to each municipality a copy of their financial statements and of the auditor’s report for the preceding fiscal year.

225. Before 1 May, the Community and the Transit Commission shall send their annual report to the Minister, to the Commission municipale du Québec and to each of the municipalities. Such annual reports shall include a summary statement of activities for the preceding fiscal year, financial statements in the form prescribed by the Minister, one copy, certified by the auditor or auditors, of their reports, and any other information prescribed by the Minister.
