217. The Société shall submit to the Commission des transports du Québec, before they come into force, the fares to be charged in operating a sightseeing service.

217. Before operating a sightseeing service, the Commission de transport must submit its tariffs, for approval, to the Commission des transports du Québec.

217. Before exercising the powers contemplated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 216, the Transit Commission shall submit its tariffs for such services for the approval of the Commission des transports du Québec.
