185. The chairman shall preside at the meetings of the board of directors.
He shall maintain order and decorum at the meetings and may have any person who disturbs the order removed.

185. None of the extraordinary recourses contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) may be exercised and no injunction may be granted against the Transit Commission, the members of the board of management or the secretary acting in their official capacity, unless applied for by the Government, the Community or any municipality thereunto authorized by the Community.
