182. Special meetings of the board of directors are called by the secretary of the Société on the request of the chairman or on the written request of two or more members of the Council.
The notice of convocation must mention the matters to be considered, according to the request, and any matter required by law to be considered at the meeting. It stands in lieu of an agenda paper.
During a special meeting, only those matters mentioned in the notice of convocation may be considered.

182. The office of member of the Council or of the executive committee, or of officer of the Community, and the office of mayor, councillor or officer of a municipality in the territory of the Transit Commission is incompatible with the office of director general.
Under pain of forfeiture of his office, no member of the board of management, except the director general, may hold regular or permanent employment with the Transit Commission.
Under pain of forfeiture of his office, in no case may the director general have any direct or indirect interest in an undertaking which puts his personal interest in conflict with that of the Transit Commission.
Such forfeiture, however, shall not be incurred if such interest devolves to him by succession or gift and he renounces or disposes of it with all possible dispatch.
