275. The office of director general of the Société is incompatible with that of member of the board of directors, of the Council or of the council of a municipality situated in the territory of the Société and with that of officer or employee of the Community or of any municipality situated in the territory of the Société.

275. Sections 116.1, 207, 216 and 221 apply, mutatismutandis, to the Commission. For such purposes, the word “municipality” in any of those sections means a municipality of the territory of the Commission.
Any surplus for a fiscal year shall be transferred to the revenue of the budget for the ensuing year.

275. Sections 207, 210, 216, 219 and 221 shall apply, mutatismutandis, to the Commission.
For the purposes of those sections, the word “municipalities” means the municipalities in the territory of the Commission.
