274. Unless expressly authorized by the board of directors, the director general of the Société shall discharge the duties of his office on a full-time basis and have no other remunerated employment or occupation.

274. Unless expressly authorized by the board of directors, the president and managing director shall discharge the duties of his office on a full-time basis and have no other remunerated employment or occupation.

274. The chairman and general manager shall be responsible for the budget of the Commission in accordance with the requirements of this act and subject to section 253. The chairman and general manager, with the approval of the executive committee, may determine the functions, duties and powers of the commissioners.
