252. Five members of the board of directors, including two representatives of Ville de Montréal and two representatives of the other municipalities situated in the territory of the Société, constitute a quorum.

252. The treasurer and the assistant treasurer of the Commission, if one is appointed, shall have the same powers, privileges and duties, mutatismutandis, as those provided by the Cities and Towns Act (chapter C-19) for a treasurer or an assistant treasurer.
