24. The executive committee may establish a tariff applicable where expenses are incurred by any of its members on behalf of the Community.
Payment of an amount provided for in the tariff for an expense referred to in the first paragraph shall be approved by the committee upon receipt of a statement with the voucher required by the committee.

24. The chairman and the vice-chairman of the executive committee and the other members of such committee shall be entitled to the remuneration and pension, whether contributory or not, fixed by the Government and paid by the Community.
The years during which a person acts as chairman of the executive committee of the Community shall count for the purposes of computing the pension which may or must be paid to the mayor or to the chairman of the executive council for a municipality in accordance with the law governing such municipality. In that case, such pension shall be paid jointly by the municipality and the Community in proportion to the period during which such person acted as chairman of the executive committee of the Community or as mayor or chairman of the executive committee of a municipality; the pension shall be paid, at the place and in the manner determined by the Government, from the month following the expiry of either of such terms.
