238. The affairs of the Société shall be administered by its board of directors.

238. All the revenue of the Commission shall be used to discharge its obligations and to operate, maintain and improve its transport network.

Sections 3 and 4, the first paragraph of section 15 and sections 23 to 25, 38 and 41 apply to the Commission, mutatismutandis.
