237. The Société shall have its head office in its territory, at the place it determines; it shall publish a notice of the location or of any change in the location of its head office in a newspaper circulated in its territory.

237. The property of the Commission shall belong to it and it shall hold it as a mandatary of the Community.
In the case of dissolution of the Commission, its property, after payment of its debts, shall be vested in the Community in the manner prescribed by the Government.
