219. The payment of the expenses of the Community, including the payment of interest on and amortization of its loans, is guaranteed by its general fund.

219. For purposes of this section, the Community, in respect of any immoveable the expropriation of which has been ordered or which has been acquired by mutual agreement, shall be deemed to be the owner from the date on which possession of such immoveable is granted to it. Notice of such ownership shall be given by the Community to all the parties concerned.
