204. The Communauté urbaine de Montréal may institute penal proceedings for an offence under section 133.1, 151.5 or 153.4.1 or under any provision of a by-law or order of the Community.

204. The Communauté urbaine de Montréal may institute penal proceedings for an offence under paragraph 11 of section 133, section 151.5 or paragraph 8 of section 153.1 or under any provision of a by-law or order of the Community.

204. Every Municipal Court in the territory of the Community shall have jurisdiction to hear any suit for the infringement of this Act and the by-laws of the Community and any Municipal Court of the territory of the Société de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal shall have jurisdiction to hear any violation of the by-laws of such corporation.

Every Municipal Court in the territory of the Community shall have jurisdiction to hear any suit for the infringement of this Act and the by-laws of the Community and any Municipal Court of the territory of the Société de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal shall have jurisdiction to hear any violation of the by-laws of such corporation, but the complaint, in so far as possible, must be brought before the Municipal Court of the domicile or of the place of business of the interested party.
