119. The Community may alienate any property.
The secretary shall publish every month, in a newspaper circulated in the territory of the Community, a notice describing each property of a value greater than $10 000 that was alienated by the Community during the preceding month otherwise than by auction or by public tenders. The notice shall mention the price of alienation and the identity of the purchaser.

119. The Community may alienate movable or immovable property.

119. The Community may alienate movable or immovable property.
With regard to property the value of which exceeds $10 000, if alienated otherwise than by auction or public tenders, the secretary shall publish every month, as the case may be, in a newspaper circulated in the territory of the Community, a public notice mentioning any property otherwise alienated by the Community during the preceding month, the person to whom it was alienated and the price of alienation; he shall send a copy of the notice to the Minister.

119. The Community shall not alienate moveable or immoveable property the value of which exceeds $10 000 except by auction, by public tender or in any other manner approved by the Commission municipale du Québec.

119. The Community shall not in any way alienate moveable property the value of which exceeds $500 according to the secretary-general’s report, or otherwise alienate immoveable property, except by auction, by public tenders or in any other manner approved by the Commission municipale du Québec.
