34. The decisions of the Council are taken by a simple majority of the votes cast except where a greater number of votes in favour is required under a provision of this Act.

34. The decisions of the Council are taken by a simple majority of the votes cast except where a greater number of votes in favour is required under a provision of this Act.
Each member of the Council has one vote.

34. The decisions of the Council shall be taken by a majority of the members present.
In the case of a tie-vote, the decision shall be deemed to have been rendered in the negative.
