259. Upon the coming into force of a by-law contemplated in sections 252 and 258, the Community, by registration by deposit of a copy of such by-law and of a declaration of its secretary describing the immoveables or real rights which are the subject of such by-law, may have such immoveables or real rights registered in its name.
