169. The board of directors may adopt a by-law respecting the administration and internal management of the transit authority.
The by-laws may, in particular, prescribe the length and time of the question period at any of the meetings of the board of directors, and the procedure to be followed to put a question.

169. The Transit Commission may make by-laws respecting its administration and internal management.
The by-laws may, in particular, prescribe the length and time of the question period at any of the meetings where it sits as a standing committee of the Council, and the procedure to be followed to put a question.

169. Article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) shall not apply to the Transit Commission except upon an application by the Government, the Community or any municipality thereunto authorized by the Community.
