165. The decisions of the board of directors are made by a majority of the votes cast.
A majority of the members constitutes a quorum at a meeting of the board of directors.

165. The decisions of the Transit Commission are taken by a majority of the votes cast and every member of the Commission has one vote.
A majority of the members constitutes a quorum at a sitting of the Commission.

165. Under pain of forfeiture of his office, no commissioner shall have any direct or indirect interest in an undertaking which puts his personal interest in conflict with that of the Transit Commission.
Such forfeiture, however, shall not be incurred if such interest devolves to him by succession or gift and he renounces or disposes of it with all possible dispatch.

165. The office of member of the Council or of officer of the Community, and the office of mayor, councillor or officer of a municipality in the territory of the Transit Commission shall be incompatible with the office of commissioner.
