162. The board of directors shall designate its chairman from among its members.

162. Notwithstanding section 161, a member of the Transit Commission continues to exercise his duties until the appointment of his successor.

162. The Council of the Community for the purposes of this title shall consist of one representative for each municipality mentioned in Schedule A, except the city of Buckingham, the town of Masson and the municipalities of Ange-Gardien and Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette. The mayor shall be a delegate exofficio unless the council of the municipality designates another of its members by resolution. The representative of the sector of the city of Buckingham, of the town of Masson and of the municipalities of Ange-Gardien and Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette shall be designated in the manner provided in sections 7 to 18.
The provisions of Division III of Title I of this act shall apply mutatismutandis, except as regards the calling of special meetings which may also be called at the request of the chairman and general manager or at the request of the two commissioners.
