112. (Repealed).

112. From the coming into force of a by-law of the Community made under section 111, every by-law of a municipality making, amending or repealing a building by-law of such municipality must be submitted to the Council for approval before publication.
The Council shall not refuse to approve a building by-law so submitted to it except in a case where the effect of such by-law would be to prescribe building standards inferior to the minimum standards prescribed by the Community’s building by-law.
