100. Once in force, a zoning by-law, a construction by-law or a lot-division by-law of a municipality shall be amended or repealed only in accordance with the provisions of the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1).
It must also, to come into force, bear a certificate issued by the Community or an officer designated by it, certifying that such by-law is in conformity with the by-law contemplated in section 91.

It must also, to come into force, bear a certificate issued by the Community or an officer designated by it, certifying that such by-law is in conformity with the by-law contemplated in section 91.
