88. The arbitration award must give reasons for the decision and be in writing. It must be signed by the arbitrator.

88. The award of a council of arbitration must give reasons for the decision and be signed by the members who concur in it.
Any dissentient member may make a separate report.
Failing unanimity or majority agreement, the report of the president shall constitute the award of the council.
