41. (Repealed).

41. Every application made under article 37 or 38, must be accompanied, in addition to all other necessary particulars in support thereof, by a technical description, and, if the Minister of Energy and Resources deems necessary, by a diagram prepared by a land surveyor.
Nevertheless, in the case of a village, the application must be accompanied by an original plan, on tracing cloth, according to the requirements of article 40, and showing the territory sought to be erected into a village municipality, as well as all other cadastral subdivisions, in the manner determined by the provisions of the Civil Code of Lower Canada having reference thereto.
Every application so made, and all the necessary documents accompanying it, must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs, with a sufficient number of copies to enable him to inform the municipalities interested, in accordance with article 44.
