300. (Repealed).

300. Every presiding officer, election clerk or secretary-treasurer, who refuses or neglects to fulfil any of the duties or formalities required of him by this Title, incurs, in addition to all damages actually caused, for each such refusal or act of negligence, a fine of not more than $200.
