84. A majority of the members of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum; every decision shall be taken by a majority of the members present or of those members who express their opinion on the decision through a means of communication and subject to the conditions determined by the board of directors under paragraph 3 of section 62.1.
The members must vote or express their opinion as determined by the board of directors under paragraph 3 of section 62.1, except if there is an impediment determined by the board of directors or a ground for recusation considered sufficient by the president.
In the case of a tie-vote, the president shall have a casting vote.

84. A majority of the members of the Bureau shall constitute a quorum; every decision shall be taken by a majority of the members present or of those members who express their opinion on the decision through a means of communication and subject to the conditions prescribed by regulation under paragraph b of section 94.
The members must vote or express their opinion in accordance with a regulation under paragraph b of section 94, except where there is an impediment thereto under a regulation or a ground for recusation considered sufficient by the president.
In the case of a tie-vote, the president shall have a casting vote.

84. A majority of the members of the Bureau shall constitute a quorum; decisions shall be taken by a majority vote of the members present.
The members present must vote, unless prevented by the by-laws for the carrying on of the business of the corporation or for reasons of recusation deemed sufficient by the president.
In the case of a tie-vote, the president shall have a casting vote.
