180.1. The secretary of the corporation to which a professional belongs who is struck off the roll or whose right to practise is restricted or suspended must send to each of its members a notice of the final decision of the Bureau or the Professions Tribunal, as the case may be, imposing the striking off, restriction or suspension and, where applicable, a notice of any decision of the tribunal correcting or revising such a decision. The notice shall contain the name of the professional, his principal place of practice and the address thereof, the name of the corporation of which he is a member, his specialty, if any, and a summary and the date of the decision.
In addition, the secretary of the corporation must transmit to the Office every final decision of the Bureau or the Professions Tribunal, as the case may be, imposing a permanent striking off the roll or a permanent restriction or suspension of a professional’s right to practise, and, where applicable, any decision correcting or revising such a decision.
