32. Notwithstanding article 34, the Superior Court has original jurisdiction by way of evocation in suits brought before the Court of Québec concerning:
(a)  a fee of office;
(b)  a right of the Crown;
(c)  the title to lands or tenements, or any other immovable right challenged by the contestation;
(d)  a rent or other matter which may affect future rights of the parties, provided that the value of such rights, if they are patrimonial, is greater than the monetary jurisdiction of the Court of Québec.
