141. No service may be made, under pain of penalty against the serving officer, before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m., or on a non-juridical day, without the written authorization of the clerk obtained without formality and entered on the original and copies of the proceeding to be served.
Such authorization may be obtained in accordance with the third paragraph of article 138.

141. No service may be made, under pain of penalty against the serving officer, before seven o’clock in the morning or after ten o’clock in the evening, or on a non-juridical day, without the written authorization of the prothonotary obtained without formality and entered on the original and copies of the proceeding to be served.
Such authorization may be obtained in accordance with the third paragraph of article 138.

141. No service may be made before seven hours or after twenty-two hours, or on a non-juridical day, without the written permission of the prothonotary, under pain of penalty against the serving officer.
Such authorization may be obtained in accordance with the second paragraph of article 138.
