137. Service upon a party domiciled or resident in another province of Canada may be made by any person of the age of majority, who must make a certificate of service.

137. Service upon a party domiciled or ordinarily resident in another province of Canada may be made by any person of the age of majority, who must make a certificate of service.

137. The judge or prothonotary, upon proof that a party is domiciled or ordinarily resident in another province of Canada, may grant leave to serve any proceeding upon him at such domicile or residence; such leave is endorsed upon the original and copies of the proceeding.
It may then be served by any person of legal age, who must make an affidavit of service.
