377. Any application in the course of a proceeding must be in writing and be accompanied by a notice of the date of presentation.
The application must be notified to the other parties and filed with the court office within the time limit prescribed by a regulation of the Court of Appeal.

Any application in the course of a proceeding must be in writing and be notified to the other parties, together with a notice of the date of presentation, at least five days before that date if the application is to be presented before the Court of Appeal or at least two days before that date if it is to be presented before an appellate judge or the appellate clerk.
