562. The regulations made by the Régie under this Code must be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice that they will be submitted to Government approval at the expiry of the thirty days following the notice.
The regulations approved by the Government come into force on the date of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of a notice that they have received Government approval or, if amended on aproval, of their final text, or on any later date fixed in the notice or in the regulation.
