156. The security to satisfy any judgment arising from the accident must be in an amount not exceeding $35 000, in addition to interest and costs, after deducting $200 for third party property damage, or, from 1 March 1978, for accidents occurring from that date, in an amount not exceeding the amount contemplated in section 87 of the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25).
