10. (Repealed).

10. The commission may consider as the spouse of a rescuer a person who is unmarried or divorced or who marriage has been annulled and who, at the time when the injury or death occurred, was represented by him or her as his or her spouse and had been residing with him or her for three years or for one year if a child had been born from their union.
