1. The Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife shall cause to be prepared, under his superintendence, a cadastral plan for the first immatriculation of an immovable situated in a registration division.

1. The Minister of Energy and Resources shall cause to be prepared, under his superintendence, a cadastral plan for the first immatriculation of an immovable situated in a registration division.

1. (1)  The Minister of Energy and Resources shall cause to be prepared, under his superintendence, a correct plan of each city, town, village, parish, township or part thereof, in each registration division in Québec.
The plan shall indicate
(a)  the limits of the lots covered by the plan and the numbers assigned to each of them;
(b)  the area and dimensions of each lot;
(c)  the names of the cadastre, registration division and municipality wherein the lots are situated.
The numbers assigned to the lots indicated on the plan shall be consecutive and form part of the same series.
(2)  The Minister may adopt any means he thinks proper to ensure the correctness thereof.

(a)  A general description of each lot or parcel of land shewn on the plan to which it refers;
(b)  The name of the owner of each separate lot or parcel of land or of any real right therein, so far as it can be ascertained;
(c)  Everything necessary to the right understanding of such plan.
(2)  Each separate lot or parcel shewn on the plan shall be referred to in the said book by a number which shall be marked upon the plan and entered in the book.
The Minister may adopt any means he thinks proper to ensure the correctness thereof.
