70.4. (Repealed).

70.4. Each member of the committee receives, as annual remuneration for his services in that capacity and over and above any other amount prescribed by this act, the amount of the annual remuneration of a councillor of the municipality.
The council determines by resolution the terms of payment of this sum, one-third of which is paid as an indemnity for part of the expenses attaching to the office in question.
