76.1. No person may sell, lease, lend or exchange on a commercial basis, or possess, in a video material retail outlet, a print of a film unless a stamp showing the class of the film has been issued by the director for such purpose in accordance with this Act and affixed to the print in the manner prescribed by regulation of the Government, except in the case of a film exempt from classification under section 77.
This section does not apply to video material for which a filing certificate was issued by the Régie du cinéma prior to 15 June 1992.
