118. The holder of a distributor’s licence shall, before selling, leasing, lending or exchanging video material on a commercial basis, demonstrate that he has the rights to distribute the film for the retailing of video material in accordance with section 79. The holder shall file with the Minister any document the Minister requires for that purpose.
In the case of video material to which an agreement under section 105.3 or 105.4 applies, the filing certificate shall be issued in accordance with the stipulations of the agreement.

He shall file with the Régie any document it requires for such purpose.
In the case of video material to which an agreement under section 105.3 or 105.4 applies, the filing certificate shall be issued in accordance with the stipulations of the agreement.

118. A holder of a distributor’s licence shall, before selling, leasing or lending video material to or exchanging it with a dealer, file with the Régie a copy of the agreement authorizing him to distribute the video material and, where such is the case, a copy of any other agreement prescribed by regulation of the Government. The filing must be made in accordance with the regulations of the Government.
