115. If a film has already been exhibited to the public in Québec for not less than seven days, the distributor of the film shall not refuse to lease an available print of the film to a holder of a licence to operate commercial moving picture theatres as defined by regulation of the Government, or outdoor theatres, if the holder offers him conditions that are at least equivalent to those offered by a holder of a licence to operate commercial moving picture theatres, as defined by regulation of the Government, or outdoor theatres who has already exhibited the film to the public.

115.
