146. Every enterprise holding a francization certificate issued by the Office is required to ensure that the use of French remains generalized at all levels according to the terms of section 141.
The enterprise shall submit to the Office, every three years, a report on the progression of the use of French in the enterprise.

The firm shall submit to the Office, every three years, a report on the progression of the use of French in the firm.

146. Business firms employing one hundred or more employees must form a francization committee composed of at least six persons to which at least one-third of the members are appointed in accordance with section 147 to represent the workers of the firm.
The francization committee shall meet not less than three times a year.
