35.9. The clerk shall send two certified copies of the resolution authorizing the establishment of the ward council or of any by-law changing the limits of a ward to the enterprise registrar, who shall file one copy thereof in the register referred to in Chapter II of the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1) and send the other copy to the clerk.
