55. Recognized or classified cultural property in the domain of the State shall not be alienated without the authorization of the Minister.
Before ruling on an application for authorization, the Minister shall obtain the advice of the Commission.

55. Recognized or classified cultural property in the public domain shall not be alienated without the authorization of the Minister.

55. Classified cultural property in the public domain shall not be alienated without the authorization of the Government on the recommendation of the Minister, who shall consult the Commission.
Recognized cultural property in the public domain shall be alienated only on the recommendation of the Minister, who shall obtain the advice of the Commission.
