28. In the case of an immovable, an application for the registration, in the land register, of the notice of entry in the register of cultural property is made at the diligence of the Minister.

28. In the case of an immovable, an application for the registration, in the land register of the registry office of the registration division where the immovable is situated, of the notice of entry in the register of cultural property is made at the diligence of the Minister.

28. In the case of an immovable, a notice of the entry must be deposited, at the diligence of the Minister, in the registry office of the division where it is situated.

28. In the case of an immoveable, a notice of the entry must be deposited, at the diligence of the Minister, in the registry office of the division where it is situated.
The Minister must also, in such case, send a notice of entry to any owner of a building located in whole or in part in the protected area of the classified building and file a copy of each of such notices in the registry office of the registration division where such buildings are situated.

28. In the case of an immoveable, a notice of the entry must be deposited, at the diligence of the Minister, in the registry office of the division where it is situated.
The Minister shall also in such case serve a notice of the entry on all owners of immoveables situated in whole or in part in the protected area of the classified immoveable and deposit a copy of each such notice in the registry office of the division where such immoveables are situated.
