11. (Repealed).

11. The Minister shall cause to be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, within six months after the end of each fiscal year, a summary statement of the revenues and expenditures for that fiscal year, a report of the excess of expenditures entered in the accounts for that year over appropriations for the same year and a statement of the public debt.
