93.1.17. An appeal before the Court of Québec is brought by an application in accordance with the contentious proceedings governing actions and applications in civil matters.
Two or more assessments may be the subject of a single appeal. However, two or more persons appealing assessments may not join in the same appeal.

Such motion and copies may also be filed by sending them, by registered mail, to the clerk of the Court.
When the three copies of the motion have been filed and the amount of $90 provided for in section 93.1.18 has been paid, the clerk of the Court shall forthwith send two copies of the motion to the Minister.
