122. Where the total amount of the benefits payable by reason of an accident to a visually handicapped worker exceeds $50, the excess shall be repaid by the Minister of Finance to the accident fund or to the employer, as the case may be, provided that, at the time of the accident, such visually handicapped worker was employed, with the approval of an institute for visually handicapped persons recognized by the Government on the recommendation of the Commission.

122. When the total amount of the compensation payable by reason of an accident to a blind workman, including the cost of medical treatment, exceeds fifty dollars, the surplus shall be repaid by the Minister of Finance to the accident fund or to the employer, as the case may be, provided that, at the time of the accident, such blind workman was employed with the approval of an institute for the blind recognized by the Gouvernement on the recommendation of the Commission.
